3 March, the International Women's Day. Only knew that it was yesterday when I heard from the radio in the morning, on the way to work. Only today that I saw something which made me wonder. Someone wrote it in (Chinese-Mandarin) as "San(3) Pa(8) Fu Nu Jie (Women)". Directly translated, it's called the "3 8 Women's International Day". Then I said to myself "Yea, yesterday was 8 March". So, it's easy for me to understand that. After awhile, I thought "Wait, San Pa? Isn't it something that a lot of people like to use on women (in Chinese)?" Haha. So I'm anxious and would like to know who chose the date and who gave it the name "San Pa Fu Nu Jie". Is there any implications? :p
